Living on a Few Acres: Vegetable & Mushroom Production offers a foundational exploration of essential techniques and strategies in vegetable and mushroom cultivation. The program is divided into two sections, providing ample opportunities to expand knowledge and skills. Extension Educator Leah Fronk will cover vegetable production essentials, including garden planning, pest management, and best practices for cultivation and harvesting. Extension Educator Maria Gorgo-Simcox will focus on the key aspects of home mushroom production.
